| Interpretation & General |
| 1.1 |
In these conditions: "Contract" means the contract
for the provision of Services that shall be governed by these conditions;
"Services" means the services to be provided by Chloe and Friends to or for you; "Products"
means the products such educational toys, purchased through Chloe and Friends. |
| 1.2 |
Chloe and Friends shall be entitled to alter and vary these conditions from time to time on
reasonable written notice to you without any liability to you. |
| 2. |
Supply of the Products |
| 2.1 |
Chloe and Friends shall provide the Products to you subject to these
Conditions or such other conditions as may be agreed in writing between Chloe and Friends and
you. |
| 2.2 |
Generally, Chloe and Friends Products require 24 hours notice. Chloe and Friends reserves the right to substitute
products with other products of the same value due to unavailability.
Product delivery is only guaraanteed if payment is received 24 hours in
advance. |
| 2.3 |
For Products, we are happy to accomodate requests for charges or
cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been prepared for
delivery. 24 hours advance notice is necessary to assure a
cancellation. An administration charge of S$10.00 is applicable with each
change and/or cancellation. |
| 2.4 |
Product delivery cannot be guaranteed on Sundays and on public holidays. |
| 2.5 |
Product delivery is available to all locations in Singapore except to BBQ pits
& the surrounding islands. |
| 3. |
Charges |
| 3.1 |
Subject to any special terms agreed, you shall pay Chloe and Friends the charge and any
additional sums agreed between Chloe and Friends and yourself for the provision of the Products. |
| 3.2 |
Chloe and Friends shall be entitled to vary the charges from time to time on written notice
to you. |
| 3.3 |
Chloe and Friends accepts payment by inter-bank transfer or cheque.
For Product payment via inter-bank transfer, please allow at
least 24 hours notice prior to delivery.
For payment via cheque, please allow 5 days notice from date of mailing prior
to delivery. |
| 3.4 |
Payment in full must be made before any reservation will be fulfilled. Late
payments may result in Chloe and Friends being unable to provide
Products requested by you. |
| 3.5 |
Additional services or item(s) ordered by you, which is not part of the
agreement with Chloe and Friends, is directly payable by yourself. |
| 3.6 |
Product prices may not be applicable for special occasions such as Valentine's
day, Mother's Day and Christmas.
It is advisable to place your orders as early as possible for these special
occasions. |
| 4. |
Liability |
| 4.1 |
Chloe and Friends shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any nature
(whether direct or indirect) resulting from the supply of Products to you by our merchants. |
| 4.2 |
Chloe and Friends assures you that we will use all our reasonable endeavours to provide our
Products with reasonable care and skill in accordance to
your requests and instructions from time to time. We do not give any warranty,
guarantee, representation or other terms as to the quality, fitness for purpose
or otherwise of the Products or Event Services. You shall liase directly with
our merchants concerning compensation for any loss or damage suffered. |

Chloe and Friends shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or
other claims for compensation arising from incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate
requests or instructions supplied by you. |
| 4.4 |
Chloe and Friends shall not be deemed to be in breach of the Contract due to any delay in
performing if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Chloe and Friendss reasonable
control. |
| 5. |
Disclosure of information |
| 5.1 |
All information received from you to Chloe and Friends shall remain confidential unless
required by law, Chloe and Friends shall not, without your prior written consent, disclose or
divulge to any third party any information related to you. |
| 5.2 |
Unless Chloe and Friends receives notice from you to the contrary, Chloe and Friends may provide to you (by
post, telephone or email) information in relation to our services which Chloe and Friends
considers maybe of interest to you. |
| 6. |
General |
| 6.1 |
Products provided by Chloe and Friends are provided expressly for you and shall not be
used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or any other purpose other than that
for which you have informed Chloe and Friends at the time of the initial request. Chloe and Friends
reserves the right to reject any of such orders.
